- NATURE OF SERVICES
Quantevo Technologies provides bespoke custom software development, remote technical support, and digital services. All software is built to the customer’s specific requirements and is not available for resale or reuse by other parties. - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL UNDER EU LAW
Under Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to our services due to the following legal exemptions:
2.1 Customised/Personalised Goods — Article 16(c)
The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised is exempt from the right of withdrawal. All software ordered through this website is developed specifically for the individual customer and therefore falls under this exemption. No refund will be granted once the order is placed.
2.2 Fully Performed Services — Article 16(a)
Service contracts after the service has been fully performed are exempt from the right of withdrawal, provided the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. By placing an order, you expressly consent to immediate performance.
2.3 Digital Content — Article 16(m)
Contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium are exempt if the performance has begun, provided the consumer has given prior express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
- PRE-CONTRACTUAL EXPRESS CONSENT
Before completing your purchase, you are required to confirm the following:
(a) That you understand the order is for customised software exempt from withdrawal rights;
(b) That you request immediate commencement of service/digital delivery;
(c) That you acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
These confirmations are collected via mandatory checkboxes at checkout and are stored with your order as legal evidence of your express consent.
- NO REFUNDS
Due to the bespoke nature of our services and the legal exemptions set out above, refunds are not provided except where explicitly required by mandatory applicable law. Once development work has commenced or digital products have been delivered, the transaction is final. - LEGAL GUARANTEE (CONFORMITY)
This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding conformity. If the delivered software does not conform to the agreed specifications, is defective, or fails to function as described in the order, you retain the right to request repair, replacement, or a price reduction under applicable Estonian and EU consumer protection law.
